Our products are handmade and hand poured in small batches, and sometimes things don't turn out perfect! We'll try our hardest to clean up major imperfections before we add it to the site.

Also - we are not machines, so designs and finish may vary, even within the same batch! There may be minor inclusions such as small bubbles or dented corners, but we promise, it won't take away from your enjoyment.

All of our soaps are handmade from melt & pour bases which are vegan and do not include palm oil, SLES, or parabens. Our mix-ins may include:

• Essential oils

• Food grade colorants

• Mica powders

• Natural herbs and spices

• Exfoliants such as Jojoba beans or coffee grinds

We do our best to use quality ingredients and list all ingredients in the description of the soap bars. If you have questions about allergens, please contact us and we'll let you know what options there are.

If you have known allergens, we recommend you do NOT order Bucket Soaps as they are mixtures of other soaps and may include allergens.

Additionally, use our Custom Order portal to order and put allergen information in the description.

While it looks weird, we promise it’s completely normal :). Our soaps don’t have as many stabilizers and preservative as those off the shelf, so sometimes the water wants to escape. Rinse them off and they’ll be good as new!

Our Limited Editions are small batch orders (anywhere from 5-15 bars depending on size), and we rarely duplicate. But we're happy to do a custom order that replicates the limited edition. Simply tell us what you'd like and we'll see how to make it come true.

When we have soap that just doesn’t come out right or have pieces left over from trimming, we throw the pieces into a bucket! When that bucket gets full (or has fun colors), we melt them down and see what we get.

We include these in some orders as a thank you, but you can also buy them directly on the site! For everyone bought, we’ll give one to a charity in our local area.

Note: these may include any ingredients, any scents, and any mix-ins listed on the site. If you have any allergies or aversions, we recommend not using the bucket soap. Give it as a gift!
